Most of our Accountancy Services are free or discounted for groups in Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham. We have dedicated funding for these Boroughs.
CASH advises small charities and community groups to use a payroll service rather than undertake payroll themselves.

We can undertake your bookkeeping and have experience of groups with turnovers up to £500k. We can also produce the management accounts for your trustees and attend trustee meetings to explain them.
Prices range from £28 per hour for bookkeeping to £60 per hour for management accounts.
Unit costs and pricing
We produce full cost recovery models for charities and social enterprises. This will tell you the unit costs of different services you provide. Various pricing models exist which we can discuss with you. Knowing your unit costs makes bid writing easier and more accurate. The more you know about your costs the less risk is associated with winning a bid.
Price £420 per day. Typically one to two days work is needed.
We can install Quick books and Sage and tailor them to produce management accounts and data for funder returns based on full cost recovery.
Depending on the complexity this can take a day to five days. £65 per hour. We can train your staff to run the systems and offer telephone support.
Financial health check
We can undertake a financial health check on your organisation, either looking across the range of your procedures or focusing on the payroll.
This is free for groups in Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham,.

We register Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIO) for £700.
Unincorporated charities cost £200.
Registering a Community Interest Companies (CIC) costs £450.
We can also register a range of other legal structures including Community Benefit Organisations.
We can carry out your Independent examination from £300.
Corporation tax return
CASH can help you complete your group’s corporation tax return.

Training during your trustees’ meetings can be arranged.
